As construction has rapidly progressed in the last couple of months for Lima Peru Los Olivos Temple, I decided to take another crack at recreating the temple. I hope you enjoy it!

A 1st Draft for Lima Peru Los Olivos Temple
I have created a preliminary video for the Lima Peru Los Olivos Temple. Getting these early videos right is fairly impossible, as there just is not enough information out there yet. As such, this is a guess, nothing more.

I have been playing around with the second design the Church released last Friday, the design for the Lima Peru Los Olivos Temple. This temple appears to be unlike anything I have seen before, and I don’t think it shares a floorplan with any other temple at this point.
The design itself appears to be very much like the Laie Hawaii temple, with a short central tower surrounded on each side with sections that jut out.
Also, I just noticed that I appear to have 2 suns in this image, hence the double set of shadows. I need to fix that.
Updated Arequipa Peru Temple model and video
As the Arequipa Peru has a mostly completed exterior, and the landscaping is starting to take shape, I decided to update my Arequipa Peru Temple model. I also took the opportunity to extend the terrain and include some of the local volcanic hills.

This is an early version of my video. As excavation has not truly begun in earnest for the actual temple, one should expect to see a lot of conjecture in this video.

Wednesday at Trujillo Peru
I worked the Trujillo Peru Temple model over well. I found some photos of the temple from a slightly elevated view and used them to help me fine tune the spire, which has always looked to small. Because it was, WAY to small. Then I cut in most of the remaining windows, and the archways. All I need to do here is add the textures, the main doorway, and the windows inside the entryway area.

Monday at Trujillo Peru
Man, I thought I had this one down good the first go round. Then I began to realize things were not lining up, and odd discrepancies were throwing everything off. I found out there is updated satellite imagery from Google. The old images were taken during the open house. the new ones are post dedication and much clearer. This helped sort some of the awkwardness, but I am concerned there may still be height issues with the tower. We will see what I come up with next go around. Here is October’s render:
And here is today’s:
Tuesday at Arequipa Peru
Update: I have been asked by the Church not to Display their renders of the Arequipa Temple until they officially unveil it/them at the groundbreaking.
As a courtesy I have removed my render as well, even though portions of it were not based upon those 2 images.
The original post, without the images follows:
